At Grit Line Co., we stand behind our gear — built tough, just like the players who wear it. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll make it right (within reason).

📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.

  • Exchanges are allowed for sizing or defects — no excuses, no whining.

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method once we’ve inspected the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you’re returning because you simply changed your mind… shipping’s on you.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the product showed up damaged or defective.

  • In that case, we’ll cover it — because that’s on us, not you.

⚠️ Non-Returnables

  • Custom/personalized gear (like your own chirp on a hoodie) is final sale.

  • Sale items and clearance are non-returnable.

🏒 The Bottom Line

We build our line for grinders, not for the soft. If your gear didn’t meet the standard, we’ll back it. If you’re trying to return a hoodie after a weekend tourney because “it got sweaty” — that’s a hard no.
